- WeLovePuzzles.com is an online entertainment service operated and owned by Mind Candy Design Limited ("Mind Candy").
- These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all and any use of any web site page or sub-page available at WeLovePuzzles.com and the content of each such page collectively, "WeLovePuzzles.com") including without limitation any puzzles available for play or download from WeLovePuzzles.com and any puzzles uploaded, submitted, posted or otherwise placed on WeLovePuzzles.com ("Puzzles"), together with all and any comments, postings, emails, messages and other communications made to or using it or any message board or similar services run or made available on or through WeLovePuzzles.com ("Postings").
- By using WeLovePuzzles.com you undertake that you understand, accept and are able to accept these Terms and agree to be bound by these Terms.

- All Puzzles and Postings uploaded, submitted, posted or otherwise placed on WeLovePuzzles.com by users shall be subject to these Terms.
- You will be responsible for all Puzzles and Postings that are uploaded, submitted, posted or otherwise placed on WeLovePuzzles.com by you or anyone using a computer or password that you control and you accept that full responsibility and liability for the Puzzles rests solely with you. Mind Candy shall have no liability in relation to such Puzzles.
- By uploading, submitting, posting or otherwise placing a Puzzle or Posting on WeLovePuzzles.com you expressly agree and confirm that:
- you are over the age of 18 years or else have your parent's or guardian's permission to do so on these Terms and agree these Terms;
- you have read and agreed to these Terms and understand them or have had them explained by a parent or guardian who does so;
- your Puzzle or Posting may be used for any and all purposes related to WeLovePuzzles.com and Mind Candy;
- your name and likeness may be advertised and used in connection with your Puzzle and WeLovePuzzles.com and Mind Candy;
- you grant to Mind Candy the non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, (or for the time period the law grants you rights in) royalty free right and licence to use your Puzzle or Posting for all purposes and in all media and to give all other consents (if any) which Mind Candy requires including under copyright and other intellectual property, data protection and privacy laws world wide, for all and any use of your Puzzle or Posting;
- you have the right to use and convey all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Puzzle or Posting;
- you own or have proper licenses, permissions and other consents in place in respect of all features and resources used in the Puzzle or Posting and that the content of your Puzzle or Posting is your own original work and is not copied from any third party;
- the Puzzle or Posting and the use of it as envisaged by these Terms does not and will not infringe any third party rights;
- you are entitled to grant the rights granted and you are not under any contractual or other obligations preventing you from doing so and that you are not a minor;
- you have received all necessary permissions and consent required for you to make the Puzzle or Posting and the use of it by Mind Candy and others, as described in these terms and conditions;
- that you have not granted any other person any rights that are inconsistent with the licence granted above;
- the Puzzle or Posting may be modified and adapted for such purposes as Mind Candy require;
- you waive any so called moral rights and any right to equitable remuneration for the purposes of any rental or lending rights that may be deemed to be in existence in relation to the Puzzle, so that Mind Candy may use the entries in any way it deems fit;
- it may not be possible to give a credit in relation to your Puzzle or Posting.
- You further expressly agree and undertake to Mind Candy that you will not upload, submit, post or otherwise place on WeLovePuzzles.com any Puzzle
or Communication that contains any statement, content, material or communication that:
- is unlawful or which gives rise to civil or criminal liability;
- infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- assists piracy including any requests for CD keys or pirated software;
- is technically harmful such as computer viruses, worms, logic bombs or other malicious software or harmful data;
- is abusive, pornographic, aggressive, homophobic, defamatory, libellous, untrue, discriminatory, obscene, inflammatory or racist;
- harasses any person;
- may be deemed a marketing or commercial communication or promotes the products or services of any person other than Mind Candy or WeLovePuzzles.com;
- promotes any illegal or unlawful activity including but not limited to solicitation, gambling or the sale of prescription medicines;
- seeks or attempts to make any arrangement to meet a child under the age of 16 for any improper purpose or which may have such a meeting as its object or effect;
- contains any restricted material, including nut not limited to passwords, medical information or confidential information of any person; or
- solicits, invites, encourages, advocates, incites or provokes any or all of the foregoing.
- Mind Candy shall be entitled to remove or restrict any user account Puzzles or Postings (and the ability to make them) which it determines in its sole and absolute discretion might be unacceptable including as described in these Terms.
- If you discover anything which you believe contravenes the site guidelines please notify a moderator at help@perplexcity.com with details of the page you found it on .
- Mind Candy is engaged in the business of providing an entertainment service and ancillary to this is engaged in the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting or translation of third party communications without selection or alteration of the content of the communication for which it is a mere conduit.
- You agree and accept that Mind Candy has no responsibility to review the content of the Puzzles or Postings on WeLovePuzzles.com all of which are made available on the basis that Mind Candy shall not be required to exercise any control or judgement of the content or the material posted or contained therein.

- You must retain all copyright notices and other proprietary notices contained on WeLovePuzzles.com, the Puzzles and any Postings.
- All third party copyright, design rights, database rights, patents, trade names and trade marks are the property of their respective owners and Mind Candy makes no warranty or representation in relation thereto.

- Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law (but subject to your statutory and common law consumer rights).
- Mind Candy acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person.
- If Mind Candy does not enforce any provision of this agreement or remedy for the breach thereof such will not be considered a waiver of any provision or right.
- In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Mind Candy's option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Mind Candy and shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract which you may purport to propose.
- Use of Mind Candy and these terms are subject to the laws of England which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licences and conditions of use and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- WeLovePuzzles.com is intended for and directed at the UK and such other jurisdictions where it can be accessed, but solely to the extent its use is permitted by law and no representation or warranty is made as to whether WeLovePuzzles.com complies with the regulatory regime and local laws of any other countries.
