As I previously said, This was easy. I googled the answer, no problems.

But I've just been reading through new posts, and realised how dumb I'd been. I could n't have been colder if I tried.... Doylum!

Likewise - kinda. I figured out that

Spoiler: (highlight to read)

one can read the letters without the heat-sensitive effet, since there's some symetry involved

but reading the posts here is what pointed me to the originally intended trick to get the answer.

Hehe didn't want to google the answer for this one as I thought there must be something more to the card (and I wasn't sure whether it'd be a perplex made up name or something 'real'). Anyway, my thumb let me to the correct solution without realising, hehe
