I know the "answer" I just can't figure out what it's worth for the life of me.

This has been my favourite card so far and it was taxing without being annoying

Spoiler: (highlight to read)

Pavarotti is a Tenor as in £10 when called a Tenner!

AH! I was thinking

Spoiler: (highlight to read)

Tenor as in the old currency of the Americas and the "Old Tenor" notes! (9 sterling) h**p://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massachusetts_pound

But with THIS, my sums may actually add up correctly this time! Thanks, gang.

Quick Edit:

Spoiler: (highlight to read)

h**p://www.businessballs.com/moneyslanghistory.htm#slang%20money%20meanings%20and%20origins has great information... but it seems somethings still wrong with my calculations because I still didn't get the correct numbers. I did 1010,5,29/ /1010,7,5/ / and 1010,5,25 (taking the later guinea of 16d). None of the three worked.

It might help to try a UK site - I found the US ones had a few odd values on (I did know most of these, just wanted to check some, hence realising they were iffy.

You could try
