I have some issues with the forum.
In my preferences, I chose not to receive an email when someone PMs me, but I still get the notification emails.
And second, I get mails for a couple of threads when someone replies, while I never started "watching" those threads. I even tried turning that option off but they still keep coming (sometimes)

Although it's not that serious and just only a little bit bothersome, I thought I'd post this here

The warmup cards list the URL www.perplexcity.com/warmup to check the answers, but that URL doesn't work. I'm guessing it has to do something with perplexcity.com being the same as perplexcitystories.com now.

I found that www.welovepuzzles.com/warmup does work. Maybe a redirect would be appropriate?

I have had the same problem with some old links in the forums and with the user created puzzles thread.
I posted a message in the social suggesting that people change the address of their links so they work for all users.

I have just done about 3 Japanese puzzles which I had not previously solved and they did not come up on my puzzles solved list although they were numerically counted

EDIT OK they've now appeared

Pages on welovepuzzles are cached to reduce server load. Please wait at least an hour for things to appear before reporting it as a bug. Thank you.

I have never been able to play the daily puzzle. in internet explorer the window doesnt open at all with the puzzle, and in firefox, the window with the puzzle opens, but you can#t see the puzzle. thanks

Here's a suggestion that's meant to help Mind Candy: Put a few free cards on the site, like the old Season 1 site had, to spur interest. I got sucked into the game by solving the two free cards.

How about 3 or 4 free cards? Or perhaps one of each color? Maybe there can be a free set of eight cards (they'll have fronts and backs, just like regular cards, but you can explore both 'sides' on the site, and they are given away at events) that don't duplicate the cards in the packs but do give you points.

Trying to enter a solution to card 103 - bush bakery - i can not seem to get the dd button to do anything.

i have tried ie7 an firefox - both generate javascript errors!

I'm a relative newcomer to Perplex City and have been going back and working on Season 1 cards. I've tried for several days to submit an answer for card #87 and the form does not seem to be working. It will not transfer the "steps" from the first box into the second, so it is impossible to submit anything except for a blank box.

I'm on a Mac and usually use Safari, although I have also tried (and failed) to have it work in Firefox. I've never had a problem with the forms for any other cards that I have completed - this is the only one. Thanks!

I've completed a lot of the Puzzle Channel puzzles. Infact most lists are empty, I've only got Tri*ominoes, Sudoku and Kakuro left. But occasionally upon completing a daily puzzle (such as the Cidori 1194 today) I get an extra solve added to my total. Are some of the Cidori, etc. not listed in the Puzzle Channel?

I'm having the same problem. I'm signed in but my name doesn't show up on the flash game leaderboards, just my score. Also the high score doesn't show up in my 'personal best' section.


This was reported 4th March and still hasn't been fixed. It's very disappointing to score over 50 on Slamboozle and not be credited with having a personal high score or a name by the daily top score

I'm wondering if anyone else is having difficulties bookmarking topics? When I click on "Bookmark it!" a popup box appears with "Title" and "Description" but it doesn't disappear and the topic does not appear on my list of bookmarks. I'm using IE at the moment. Any thoughts?

I'd recommmend switching to Firefox. It seems to cure most things people have been having problems with (plus, IMO, it's a better browser )
