I didn't have a copy of the book so I wikipedia-ed the characters.

Had forgotten there were so many different characters.
This puzzle reminded me how much I hated the film.
Puzzle was good though, easier than some of my red ones (particularly "road to Nowhere #003)

Indeed he does appear in Batman, but also in this book

Spoiler: (highlight to read)

take out the letters of king of hearts and you'll see whats left. Also eaglet only appears once with dormouse. The other one is a good friend of the aforementioned batman character

Good luck, hope this helps. PM me if you need more

I guess you could say there's an error with this card...

Spoiler: (highlight to read)

Although he's referred to as The Hatter in the book, you'll need to know him as the Mad Hatter for the card.

I agree with princess-louisa on this one. Wikipedia makes this easy, but it still takes some time to decide which characters combine to make up the anagram.

Not sure what p-l meant about 003 road to nowhere, how easy could that be?

Not very until you know what you're looking at. it was a great card to really over complicate.

I managed to solve the anagrams themselves but I'm having a little trouble with what spacing, if any, I need for

Spoiler: (highlight to read)

Mock turtle and dor mouse

are they both put in as one word?

check out http://www.perplexcitytrades.com/saintjimmy for my trades list. Desperately seeking series one atm. See my thread for the tragic tale. lol

If memory serves, and that's always doubtful!, the second one is one word, first is good.

Make sure you put each pair in alphabetical order, and that you spell them in exactly the right way.
