Well, consider my breath baited.

...I'm gonna look up the etymology of that phrase, I'm almost positive I'm not using it right.

So is this really the end? All the unanswered questions wrapped up neatly and PXC put to sleep? I'm scared to find out whats going to be revealed on day 7. Its so sad!

You should read the first post again. It's not Perplex City that's going bye-bye

Nice bit of work there Thomas... it felt like old times, following the trail to the hidden information.

I remember it all! Meeting Andy was a top moment: what a great guy. The nerves he refers to in his interview certainly did not show on that evening at the Gherkin. He did look a little overwhelmed at times, but coped very well. One of the nicest men in PXC and a deserved winner of the cube.

The funny part being, that I never got to see Andy at EndGame - and by "see" I do mean "actually see the person", not even "speak" :p This interview was the first time I even got in touch with him. That's prolly part of the reason why I was a tad nervous during this interview and made sure nothing could bother me while we were working on it.

Tally -
There's times when I can't find Sapphire the Sockpuppet and I'm darn sure he's sneaked off to visit yours on the sly. It's not so far, now I've moved house.
And thank you for your words, now and at the time. They mean a lot.

Heck, I was nervous talking to you - the unofficial bearer of the torch that's keeping the game alive. I'm sorry we didn't speak on the night - see what I mean about missing people I'd wanted to see? Mindez (sp?) and Dragonscales were two others I saw from a distance but never managed to talk to, and they're only the ones I remember now.

Haha, see, I'd never have suspected you were the least bit nervous during the interview ! You come off as very Cool, Calm and Collected as Tigger would say.

As for keeping the game alive...I haven't been able to get online and do my Moderator job/community entertainer in these forums as much as before because of work of course, but also because I started moving on while others were keeping the fort. I'm thinking of all the donators in the Free Cards thread, and those who keep the forum alive by coming up with activities for it such as the Secret Santa, or the Close-Up contest. And of course, partners in mischief Rotek and Mastercheese. Hat's off to all of you guys.

Oh, well done Thomas. It all becomes a little clearer. I can't wait to see what else you have in store. It was really nice to hear from Andy again.

I can't believe it's a year since I could hardly tear myself away from the PC checking all the forums for the latest news, and wishing I could be there in person, and then the long silence of uncertainty, filled only with rumour and conjecture. Until the final confirmation. It was wonderful.
