If the red discs are years, and the theme is rockets, then a little searching turns up

(19)02 is the year that 'Le Voyage Dans La Lune' (the fist film about a rocket trip into space

06/12/(19)25 (note the three numbers are all together in the pattern) is the date that Robert Goddard successfully tested a liquid-fuel rocket engine for the first time.

I did do some research around AndyAndy's comets and found that they are indeed numbered and some are designated "P" and some "D" - I had hoped the D's might end up looking like a familiar constellation - that didn't work...

I think this card is about Planet X. Wiki says that in comet notation the letter A stands for something which was regarded wrongly as asteroid but is really a planet. The 02 connected with the AP? could be 1902 which is a significant date in the history of the search for Planet X

Maybe this is connected to the whole 42 conspiracy from hitchikers guide to the galaxy. Look up the 42 Puzzle. Only problem is the pic only contains 41 circles.

Uranus, it being the 7th planet (P&7) and has 27 moons... can't make sense of the other 6 numbers though
