I've just updated the list DH, now there is hardly anything left.

Unfortunately a lot had been swiped without notice. I wish more people would just let us know.

Other than people PMing me their spare codes and letting me advertise what cards I have codes for and for people asking me for the codes I can't see a way around this. But then the codes wouldn't be freely available to all. I don't know what is the best thing to do.
