Points disappearing from your profile - don't worry, we just hid them away for a bit while the whole world visited our site at once over the weekend. Your solves were still recorded, and your point total should be back now.
Puzzlers using Internet Explorer were sometimes being told that their answer to a puzzle was incorrect, especially if it involved drop downs, even if they had the correct solution. We're pretty sure we've got to the root of the problem, so try again! Slamboozle should now be showing the correct puzzles. Slamboozle channel on the forum, Spoilers work in preview, avatars fixed at 100px width. Points are awarded for completing the sets of cards in Season 1 (however, they have not yet been retroactively awarded). Shuffled, Billion to One and Thirteenth Labour UIDs are working again. Puzzles should now have the appropriate images and solve forms - please let us know if there are ones that don't. Puzzles should only show up once on your solved puzzles list. This page is cached, so if a puzzle doesn't show up straight away, then don't panic. They should also show up whether you solved them on perplexcity.com or welovepuzzles.com |

Some season 1 cards were showing up in your solved puzzles list under the wrong name. We fixed them, if there are any more let us know.
Some season 1 cards didn't award you points when you solved them, they will now award points - we will sort out the missing points soon. Any solve form which has one of the handy dandy transfer lists on it (where you put an option from one list to the other) will now play nice with all browsers. If you went over 99 puzzles solved, the list numbers were getting truncated on your solved puzzles page. The forums are now promoted on the home page  See there is a shiny Recent Posts widget.

Reply To PM, Quote and Edit buttons on the forum now should work in all browsers.
If you solved the daily puzzle before we reset the points on the 1st you missed out on 25 points. You have now been awarded these. Enjoy. All Season 1 and 2 cards have been tested and they all accept the correct answers, and have the correct notes and instructions attached to them (and they work in all browsers, provided you have javascript enabled). |

Puzzles now show up with the correct colour difficulty, and not "unclassified".
When you create a puzzle it saves it at the difficulty you selected, rather than the one above. Season 1 points are now back on your profile. Solved cards now default to Season 2. Following old links should redirect you to the appropriate place on the new site now. *** Sorry about the downtime that caused. |

Season 2 Leaderboard is on the front page.
Puzzle difficulty is on the permalink pages. Puzzle titles are capitalized. It tells you on a card if you have solved it already, rather than just disappearing the solve form. |

Season 2 Rank is back. But you can only see your ranks (s1 and s2) if you have more than 1000 points (please see the FAQs for more information). [eta] and now it caches properly.
You can now see your colour level on your profile. Your friends list now displays Points instead of Last Visited. |

The Daily Puzzle should display and start awarding points at 12am GMT (1am BST), as expected.

Links for the forums, hints, warmup, permalinks are now automatically redirected from perplexcity.com to welovepuzzles.com
Please note that pages on the site are cached. Please wait at least an hour for items to appear before reporting it as a bug. We moved servers yesterday, hence the downtime, so now the site should be noticeably faster. [eta] The problem with solving cards is now fixed. |
