We mentioned yesterday how Andy and myself never got to at EndGame, and how our first and only contact was during the interview. In the same way, i've only seen Guy from a distance for a few brief seconds at the EndGame party, the first time when he was surrounded by people and the second time when he seemed to be in most gallant company ! The only bried words we exchanged with each other more or less directly were during the first few weeks of WLP, when one of the many caps at his belt was WLP forums administrator. |

I've been interest in semacodes for a while now, and I was really looking for the occasion to use them. I'm looking forward to dropping semacodes around the places I hang out at, but shhhh - it's a sekrit ! |

Since then, and even though they haven't been widely adopted in Europe (yet, hopefully) you can spot the odd semacode or QR reader here and there on advertisement in the subway (at least here in Paris - my trip to the UK for the EndGame party was too short for me to be able to pay attention to that kind of details on the Tube :p ) |

Congrats Book!! The funniest thing about getting the phone was being instore with the guy trying to make me get a different model: "I doubt you'll ever use all of the functions. Are you likely to use a barcode reader?" Well, actually...

I didn't even use the barcode reader on mine for this as it seemed easier to use an online one so even when the opportunity arose I still haven't used it...! :/ | ||||
