I don't know that I'd call it a cipher. There are several steps to solving it. The steps are alluded to in the text of the card. I can't give a better hint without the text of the card (and I'm away on vacation).

OK, got it.

This card also has a bit of a red herring in that

each of the gibberish words have 8 letters each. I think this is what leads you at first to think it's a cipher of some sort.

I havent solved yet but i dont know why i didnt think of that ages ago.

Im now trying to get to the answer but dont know where to go. Another PM has been sent, lmao.

Wow, that is a good site! Wish I'd had that instead of going the slow way. The last step is the same principle as the first as I recall.

Got it. I knew I was close, but didn't quite make that final little tweak to the method.

I must say that this is quite a clever puzzle to have all the words work out the way that they do.

Okay, picked this up last night and got, I thought, quite far, before dutifully becoming stuck.

I fear that I am missing the "final little tweak" that volvox has mentioned above.

Ah, thank you jack2 for making me go back and "check my working". Made me realise that I had made quite an embarrassing mistake...
