All I see is something that may be rod looking things that sort of end in jumble. I thought it might be pipes from a pipe organ for a bit, but now I'm not so sure. We know MC likes these type of illusions in the past, but maybe it's just nothing in this case. |

Without doing the stereoscopic thing, it looks like there's a large leaf shape in the horizontal and vertical lines to the right of the black shape.
PS I have often made my eyes hurt trying to "magic eye" images out of Perplex City Cards. |

I just solved this guy. Wooooooo! Proudest Perplex City moment for me! Although it was a total fluke, to be honest.
Here's a hint, but you can PM me if you want anything further. I'll try to get back in a timely fashion. Spoiler: (highlight to read) It is musical, but not in the way you think. I stumbled upon the key to the answer while researching stuff for Neography |

That's SO spooky. I was working on this card yesterday and last night I had a dream someone had solved it. Woke up this morning, had a quick look and lo and behold they had.
