				<description><![CDATA[ Maths may not be my strongest suit, but i managed to balance these two equations so that so many M = so many F plus or minus a few.

Very pleased with myself to get the correct answer first time.

			<p>I simply constructed a table/chart with males on one side and females on the other. I then proceeded to put down numbers in each side, making sure that I only had pairs that were +2 on the male side compared to the female side. I wrote out up until 20 or so and then started checking which one fit the formula. Simple, really.</p>
