For the question let us assume that each child receives a gift that weighs 2lbs and that with all these gifts the sleigh's weight comes to 32300 tons not counting Santa. On land normal reindeer can pull no more than 300lbs. If we say flying reindeer can pull 10 times their normal amount you still need lots of reindeer to haul that sleigh. After Santa has used his traditional 8 reindeer names he starts over so he has a number of Comets, a number of Cupids etc. How many Vixens will he have?
